Obesity is epidemic these days in children and adults. Being overweight is a symptom that something is out of balance in the body like food or lifestyle choices. 

This imbalance can also be due to:
  • Sedentary lifestyle
  • Stress
  • Sleeping problems
  • Genetically Modified (GM) foods
  • Environmental exposure to toxins and chemicals
  • Endocrine disruptors found in water and foods
  • Hormone and vitamin imbalances
  • Electro Magnetic Fields (EMF) from computers, cell phones and towers, and microwave ovens

All these things can contribute to excess weight and difficulty losing it. Toxins and chemicals are stored in fat cells causing fluid retention making it more difficult to lose weight. 

Our approach to weight management is to uncover what the imbalances are in the body and correct them, gentle detoxification if needed, nutritional and exercise recommendations, hormone balancing, and supplementation of needed vitamins and minerals to help with energy and control cravings.

Research shows us that maintaining weight loss from a specific “DIET” only works for 10% of the population. Everyone else will gain the weight back, plus some. The reason is they go on the diet for a specific goal of losing a certain amount of weight or for a special occasion. Once that goal is achieved, they go back to eating and doing everything they were doing before the weight loss resulting in gaining back the weight. 

Every DIET plan out there has a success story where someone has lost hundreds of pounds and kept it off. The reason they keep it off is because they continue to follow the recommendations for that plan or program. 

Our goal is to help you find a nutritional plan that works for you and is sustainable. Then once you lose the weight you will be able to keep it off because that is your new way of life.
